Perhaps Roberts did make a deal to rule against SB1070 in exchange for his vote against the individual mandate, Kagan blabbed, the libs took the AZ ruling and now they're trying at the last minute to get the whole enchilada.

Wouldn't be the first time they welched on a deal.

Its fun to speculate but tomorrow will be a nailbiter, for sure.
