All of them except Clarence Thomas and Anthony Kennedy vote according to party lines. Clarence Thomas is principled. Anthony Kennedy is unpredictable and seems confused at time. All the others are crooks who vote according to party lines and go by whatever is in vogue in their party.
It is so much fun watching the Left begin their mental breakdown. Soon, E.J. will be curled up in a corner sucking his thumb and wimpering, “George Bush did it”.
What has Scalia done that every liberal justice since Thurgood Marshall hasn’t? They never seem to mind discussing their political philosophies (except during confirmation hearings, of course).

Someone needs to inform this clown that Ruth Bader Ginsberg has done the same thing once (and sometimes twice) a year during her time on the Court.
With any luck she’ll do it again tomorrow after the Obamacare decision and leave E.J. with egg all over his face.
And if the 0bamacare is upheld...
Will we not demand similar things up to and including impeachment of the court?
