I still contend that AZ needs to start a program where I.A.s are told to bring enough money with them when they cross the border and the state will provide one way bus transportation to DC. or a eastern city of their choice. Advertise in Mexico, hell even work with the drug gangs. Tell them as long as their heading out of state pronto The state will even help them.

U.S. Constitution, Article 4, Section 4:

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion;"

So the Court said the local law can inquire as to the legal
status of the person stopped for some other violation—but can’t do a damn thing about it otherwise. Seems I heard somewhere that Socialism/Communism didn’t work in America

A question to my lawyer brothers: Can’t Arizona bring suit in Federal Court seeking a Writ of Mandamus to compel Obama to enforce the immigration enforcement laws that he has unilaterally jettisoned?
