Cool Ziravan!!! Now just up the road in Hearne there is a nice little welcome committee. The speed trap is around a bend where the speed limit drops so fast no way can you slow down in time. Don’t ask me how I know it aggravates me every time I think about it. :(

In re: your ticket defense... Wow... Nice job! What was the judge’s response? Or, did the prosecutor drop the charge? A very good read - you just need to include an epilogue!

A good lawyer will find this in the Texas Code.

38.05 (b) It is a defense to prosecution under Subsection (a)(3) that the warning was given in connection with an effort to bring another into compliance with the law.

38.15 (c) It is a defense to prosecution under Subsection (a)(1) that the conduct engaged in by the defendant was intended to warn a person operating a motor vehicle of the presence of a peace officer who was enforcing Subtitle C, Title 7, Transportation Code
