Turkey cannot deploy the nukes on its own, they need Obama’s approval. The nukes are owned and controlled by the US, from what has been posted here on freerepublic by people who actually worked on or near the nukes.

That is true, the nukes are at Incirlik, according to Wiki....which means the nukes are probably not at Incirlik. I worked in Diyarbakir for two years...look that one up....;)
