I think all USAF Phantoms have been pretty much expended as drone targets. I don’t think that there are any F-4 Wild Weasels to give.
I think you’re right. I was surprised Turkey was still flying F-4s. Maybe Israel can “spoof” Syria’s air defenses again so Turkey can take them out.
