Hey, I live about 25 miles from the shores of South Jersey.
I also have 7 acres of woods. Things work out right I just might have ocean front property if I wait long enough.

I’ve worked here on the USCG Academy since June 1988. The exact same knot on a pier pilon that only gets half covered at full moon high tide, still doesn’t get covered. The knot in the wood is 2 inches in diameter. My favorite fishing spot for stripers (and other fish) during lunch hour.
