I wish Special Report would distinguish between the two.
They only said it began in the Bush administration nor did they say it was a failed policy they didn;t go forward with after 2007.
F&F was clearly a means to deregulate.
One thing Rush failed to stress is that DOJ KNEW that the people making the straw purchases were breaking the law, yet they allowed it in order to bust Dealers who could not have know the purchasers intentions,and to crack down on all Americans 2nd amendment rights.
