Yes they do, and the sad truth of the matter is that with a Romney Presidency, it will destroy the GOP as the home of conservatives.
As his record as a Progressive Liberal, a liar, and a political charlatan shows, he will move to the left and make Gerald Ford and Richard Nixon look like arch conservatives.
He will govern as a moderate Democrat, no better.
