Actually, I said that I pointed out three times that the donated money was not to be used exclusively for ‘legal expenses’ to others who thought otherwise. If, after being corrected three times, they still continue with their erroneous thought process, then that's their problem.

And yes, I'm sure the trustee is fully capable and trustworthy ... if presented with ALL the data/money. Was $300,000 raised as Ken originally stated or was it $204,000 as O'Mara stated?

Anyone with less than five months under their belt is a 'noob'.

Even if not, the Trustee, being under the jurisdiction of the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, has within his powers full access to the original Paypal account and data. If "Ken" was hiding anything, the Trustee had plenty of time to ferret it out, and still does if necessary.

Was $300,000 raised as Ken originally stated or was it $204,000 as O'Mara stated?

You mean as Shelly said Ken said and she wasn't certain, right???

The Trustee had a month to come up with that $204,000 figure for O'Mara. I'm sure he would not have stated it if the number was not accurate and had not come from the Trustee, who is under the jurisdiction of the Circuit Court of the State of Florida.

By the way, when the case is eventually dropped or Zimmerman released, as I think will happen, the MSM’s endgame will be not to report it. If he is convicted of something or other, if not murder then perhaps unpaid parking tickets, it will be shouted from a mountaintop. That is the playbook.

You understand the MSM viewpoint... but I do believe they'll report Zimmerman getting off - they'll muddy it up with comments that make it look like racism helped get him off - or that 'criminals' who get off often commit the same crime... etc. Even with that, it'll be on the inside, bottom left...

As someone who actually donated, I have no issues with it being used to pay living expenses. In fact, I had assumed that since he was no longer able to work for fear of getting killed, that they would pay their living expenses.

I believe the testimony was that she was unsure of the exact amount in the account.

She said they were indigent. She said they had no income. She said they had no income. She was charged with perjury for good reason. The new tapes make it clear she knew the money was in there. She lied. So did he. That will be a problem for him if he asks the judge to dismiss the charges based on Stand Your Ground. How can the judge believe anything he says now? I do not believe him. But then I never believed his original story. It was not believable then and less so now.

Yes. It showed a cut on the inside of a finger. Nothing on the knuckles.

An ABRASION not a cut on the OUTSIDE not inside of the 4th finger. Here is the autopsy:

— probably caused when he was holding Zimmerman’s head, lifting it up, and then banging it back down on the concrete.

Chip, I know from reading your posts you are intelligent and wise. I fail to believe that there are not quiet times in your days when you wonder if you have chosen your battle wisely in supporting George Zimmerman.

When I read your posts and have to continually correct your misstatements, I know that I am on the right side — the side with the facts. I just wonder why you have so much hate for George Zimmerman? What did he ever do to you?? Are you witness #9 ???

You are not correcting me. You are just trying to talk louder than I am. You do not want to hear what I am saying. I do not hate Zimmerman. I also do not think of him as some kind of hero. There are consequences for his actions. He should have given that more thought. There are a myriad of things he should not have done. But he did. And he will answer for them as well he should. I shall leave you be. You are convinced of his innocence. You have every right to your opinion as I have a right to mine. Never the twain shall meet. Be well.

"Living expenses" are rent, electricity, telephone, gas, food, and things like that. If you have no problem with your donation paying off all George's and his wife's debts: credit cards, personal loans, Shellie's tuition, etc... then so be it.

I feel sorry for you, Dallas. The facts of the case, forensic evidence, investigations, witness accounts, photographs, medical reports, lie detector test all back up GZ's statements to the police that night, and yet you dismiss all of that.

However, you are entitled to your opinion -- but that's all it is, an opinion -- an opinion not grounded in the facts of the case.

I beg to differ, but as I said, I shall leave you be. And my opinion is absolutely grounded in facts and commmon sense. Have a good evening.

I was looking at their checking accounts.

George’s account had an opening balance on 4/1 of $370. On 4/16 there was $87,500 in the account. But on 4/20, the day of the bond hearing, there was only $689 left. On the following Tuesday, 4/24 there was $126,000 in the account.

Shellie, on the other hand, had an opening balance of $1,087. On 4/20, the day she swore to the court they had no money, there was $62,830 in her account. By the end of the month her balance had dropped to $498.

Shellie lied to the court while George sat there silent, like a potted plant.
