Sounds like you had a ball. That’s great. I’m hearing the same things from the English I know here. They really have a mess. Not as bad as France but they’re trying to get worse for some reason.
OT, but I’ve just got to ask....
Is that fire contained north of the Poudre, or has the Forest “Service” done another of their amazing amateur night acts and burned out more cabins/houses? Last total I heard (after searching the ‘net for it; Our MSM in Montana simply doesn’t report ANYTHING that might reflect unfavorably on The 0) was 180 or thereabouts.
...which in this case might mean that everything from Fort Collins to North Park is toast, and nobody has any idea of when or how to control the mess.
