I really wish I could have “caught” the man touching my daughter instead of it having to be reported and letting the courts decide the sentence. All he got was 3 months and 5,000 fine. He hasn’t completed his mandatory classes and instead of throwing the book at him, they just give him more time to finish. It’s better if you can take care of it yourself, the children aren’t the main concern anymore...the criminal is!
Oh, I am so very sorry. He will get his eventually, but I can only imagine how unjust it must feel to you at present.
