If the story is true, this gas station needs to be driven out of business.
That's what the free market is for. ANY business should be able to refuse service to ANYONE for ANY REASON short of a life threatening situation.
Not saying I agree with the station owner, only that he should be free to serve who he wants and we are free to go elsewhere.
