The difference being with Bambi's EO is that ALL control can occur during peacetime for ANY reason. It doesn't take a war, or national emergency, or even a regional emergency...just whatever the current presidents says. Huge difference. This should be one of the first overturned EO's by president Rommney - doubt that will occur since he's such a political player.

it is our duty to disobey unconstitutional actions by our government leaders and show that they are not above the law.
people will die because of this, and i can only hope, in the end, freedom prevails, because the will of the people is split about 50-50.

Oh..and somewhere in that order is the discussion of the DHS definition of ‘extremist’ and there is that minor order signed back on Dec. 31st/Jan. 1st about being able to detain citizens indefinately and even being able to ship them abroad to do it...
