I'm guessing they'll have to step-up the confiscations to keep that thing fueled-up and maintained.

I'm a little confused about the quote above, how do they raise money by confiscating narcotics? Hmmmm?

The city of Stockton is pretty much bankrupt. This vehicle might come in handy some day soon when the SHTF.

Indeed. I wonder who they think they'll be rescuing. My guess is they'll be rescuing society from the drug war.

Such a noble, profit-fueled endeavor.
