Duh..... The location to which the call is placed is not the determinate factor; it’s the State in which the person doing the recording is located, whether making or receiving the call. But, thanks for enlightening me that D.C is not in Texas. I could have sworn it was.
Hey papa, I'm inordinately aware of the law in this regard and due to where the call was placed, it's exactly why I did what I did and suggested others do the same for their own protection.
