However - although no one should ever be in favor of shooting at any law enforcement this will do two things.

1. The police will do a little more research for the correct address before they come crashing through someone’s door.
2. Or - (what I’m afraid of) the police will step up their overreaction and use of excessive force all in the name of “officer safety”.

Just watch a “SWAT” show on TV - they love to destroy a structure to apprehend the suspect who’s sleeping on the couch.

When you have a warrant to serve, walk up to the door with your sidearm holstered, knock, serve the warrant, and walk away.

I don’t even understand what he’s saying here. Does he know what the word “bounty” means? The point is to imply it’ll make Indiana the wild, wild west. But if that’s the case, it’s because the cops are acting like they’re in the wild west. If that’s so, the other side should get to act the same; it’s only fair. What is it they always tell us? So long as they aren’t breaking the law they have nothing to fear.

They also should not be allowed to dress as a ninja and have their faces covered...that is so you cannot point out the guy the shot your dog and roughed up granny. Warrantless searches are in fact unconstitutional. What idiot judges gave this the OK Shoot someone and then find out your at the wrong address belongs in prison also...
