You need to go back and read Post #60. If that post is the truth, this is a completely Republican deal and they can put Holder in jail and out of reach of the President. The problem here is that Boehner is devoid of anything hanging between his legs other than a “soiled” Depends!

“The Justice Department is out of excuses,” Mr. Boehner said in a statement Monday morning. “Either the Justice Department turns over the information requested, or Congress will have no choice but to move forward with holding the Attorney General in contempt for obstructing an ongoing investigation.”

I appreciate your reply. Obama knows it would be illegal but I can see him doing it anyway. But, your probably right. Though I still say Holder will never see the inside of a cell. They won't let it happen.

But if it ever does, it will be because Valerie convinces Obama to throw Holder under the bus. It won't happen against their will. It will be a conscious decision to get rid of some dead weight.
