You would treat an accident victim with multiple broken ribs, a collapsed lung, a ruptured spleen and a lacerated liver (not an uncommon suite of injuries in a major traffic accident) with nothing more than slippery elm bark, cayenne pepper and lobelia, and I'm fantasizing in open forum?
