I’ll disagree. Until he’s defeated and the chance of him finding anther way to implement his policies disappear with him then hiring will remain meager.
If it gets struck down, first thing that will happen is a whole bunch of people will be summarily fired. Maybe enough people to tip us into the second dip (like we’re not there already). After that things may improve a bit.
