Actually, people who work in the elections also here in KS, do so on a voluntary basis, so it is not only not an elected position but it is also not a "right."

I think that all election activities are run by the state's Secretary of State Office but no matter they are subjected to the laws of that state regarding all matters and the FL Attorney General can merely relieve that person of his job, seeing as how he is promising Rev. Al that he'll make sure no one is refused from voting!
