It looks cool but $600 for the functional equivalent of a Ruger 10/22 seems pretty priceyMy thoughts too - recently picked up a Ruger 10/22 and paid less than $300 including a spare 10-round mag and tax. Fine and simple weapon and very accurate, especially nice with the .22 LR Hyper Velocity rounds - they flatten it out so you don't have to adjust when moving between 50/100 yds.
