While proponents of immigration enforcement have been told that the federal government monitors the hiring of illegal aliens by the private sector, including adherence to the federal employment verification (I-9) program, Attorney General Eric Holder's Justice Department appears to have made a decision to penalize organizations that zealously comply.

For example, on Thursday the Justice Department announced that it filed a civil lawsuit against the Tuscany Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, accusing the company of engaging in "a pattern or practice of discrimination in the employment eligibility verification and re-verification process."

Teddy "Swimmer" Kennedy promised the nation in 1986 "This will be the last amnesty ever." The exact quote is ‘This amnesty will give citizenship to only 1.1 to 1.3 million illegal aliens. We will secure the borders henceforth. We will never again bring forward another amnesty bill like this.’

Here it is 26 years later and up to 30,000,000 more illegal invaders have crossed the border, the border is NOT secure notwithstanding Big Sis' pronouncement to the contrary, and the open border crowd and their RAT ADMINISTRATION wants even more undocumented demonRATS for their illegal voting pool.

No elected body is questioning Hussein’s eigibility issues. They are doing their best to ignore Sheriff Arpaio’s efforts. I am certain he is not getting any assistance from any federal agency, even the ones that should know the facts, FBI, CIA, NSA, HSD, ICE. I would fire the top heads in every one of those agencies for lack of performance.

Romney isn’t talking about protecting our individual rights by crushing Agenda 21. Nope, I am not expecting any improvements from the next occupant of 1600.

Pardons can't stop extraditions, can they? Mexico has asked for everyone responsible for Fast & Furious. Imagine the drain on rat foundations trying to keep their Just Us buddies safe in a Mexican prison.

Perez is one of the most pro-illlegal immigrant DOJ figures in history. He is a fanatic from the far-left Casa Maryland, which gets Soros and other leftist foundations money.

He might have overstepped his authority since casinos (i.e. gaming facilities), by law, have stricter background check programs for potential employees than does a 7-11. He might be guilty of “obstruction” for interfering with the casinos duty to thoroughly check out potential employees.

THIS IS THE PERFECT SUBJECT FOR A RECTAL EXAMINATION INVESTIGATION AND HEARINGS BY ISSA (ET AL) OF POTENTIAL VIOLATIONS OF LAW BY HOLDER AND THE DOJ.

I regularly pass the Tuscany and this whole thing doesn’t pass the smell test. Dingy Harry must not have gotten their support/payoff.

Funny thing is the next president could do a lot of house-cleaning, then investigate Obama's Eligibility, then consider those pardons null and void on the mere fact that Obama wasn't president.
