after Holder announced he would speak with 350 black pastors to inform them of their rights in speaking for the president without violating their 501(c)3 status. Organizations with 501(c)3 status are not allowed to be involved in fundraising, political campaigning or lobbying.
Very strange that racist card Holder is suddenly concerned about the law, or is he just flipping them off?

Interesting that the "clarification" about political speech comes AFTER the President makes a decision that the clergy would not like.
In other words, if you speak up in support of Obama it isn't a violation of your 501(c)3 status. However, if you speak out AGAINST Obama, then your tax-exempt status is in question...
