What she’s done is roughly akin to a “stolen valor” violation. She knew there was prestige/benefit associated with being perceived to be a member of this tribe, so she shamelessly claimed it for herself. Once she’d achieved her objective (Harvard tenure), she dropped it.
That is exactly right. The tribe seems to be making that point, so why isn't the media?
Scott Brown should continue to hammer her on this. because even Mass. voters should finally get tired (after 40 yrs of the "Swimmer" Kennedy) getting lied to constantly and treated like they are complete idiots.
The level of her hypocrisy alone is amazing.I would be outraged over this as a Mass. voter. She lives in a multi million dollar plus home and claims to feel the pain of the "commoner".
Here the thing about her. Politics is about the public trust. Americans have forgotten this because of their predisposition of pulling a lever for a “D” or an “R”. The name next to it has become irrelevant.
