No. Nobody has ever been allowed to see or photograph a BC for Obama in Hawaii. Guthrie was supposedly allowed to photograph the BC that Obama posted a scan of online. But her photo had more things on it - on the side, I believe - than the posted BC did.

The Guthrie photo showed the entire right and left edges of the document, while the White House Pdf masked off 1/4” to 3/8” of the edge and a couple of smudges. Remember Obama got two copies. He probably showed one to Guthrie while the one with the dirt marks was scanned. I certainly hope this isn’t what they’re going to announce-If it is, get ready for a huge face palm moment. http://youtu.be/my0PFs4z52k
