As I've said many times:

1) We need to build a wall.
2) We need to catch illegal aliens in this country.
3) We need to tattoo the aliens that we catch.
4) Then we drop 'em on the other side of the wall.
5) And if we catch anyone on this side of the wall, who already has been tattoo'd, then they can be shot on sight by any citizen, at any time, with absolutely no consequences. Open season on members of an invading army.
