He probably is fraudulently using her birth date, since she only survived a few hours after birth. Obama, Jr. was NEVER a Kenyan citizen. He was and may still be a British Citizen per The British Nationality Act of 1948.

Interesting stuff in that link...one of the comments talks about the numbering system for selective service registration cards. But the application number begins with and 08.

Does anyone know what both 2008 and 1980 forms look like? I did a cursory search but could not find any images of modern forms vs Carter era one.
