For over two years, now, I refuse to listen or watch him for any reason, at any time. If, however, he was resigning on national TV I might reconsider.

He'll never quit before the election - there's too many concerts, vacations, celebrities and fancy dinners they'd miss while Americans remain jobless and are watching every dime and fearing every act, legislation and social upheavel planned on his agenda til then.
Moving vans at the White House in January (likely destination either Chicago or Hawaii) is all many Americans want now and for Christmas.

My advice to you: If Obama should ever resign, take a pass on watching it. Because he'd blame everyone for his resignation but himself. And he'd do it with a half-whine and a half-smirk.
