I’m not so sure that the HDOH has a document at their office that looks like what Obama posted though. The doctor’s signature is probably Obama’s doctor from Chicago and that’s probably the affidavit that supports the late and amended filing. There probably isn’t any parent’s signature but is Madelyn Dunham’s signature as the informant.
Ah, but they did confirm the date of mother’s signature, etc. So that’s what they had to forge. They had to get rid of the original documents which showed Madelyn Dunham as the informant. So they created an “abstract” from the affidavits (maybe a signature from Obama’s mother was submitted in an affidavit, although she was already dead by 2006) that looks like what Obama posted, except that it has the LATE and ALTERED stamps and notation of the amendment and the affidavit supplied to support the late, amended filing. Probably because they knew that the microfilm, computer transaction logs, and non-genuineness of the paper document would get them in trouble if they didn’t try to cover their legal behinds.

Would court orders have to be accessible to the public? Where is the provision for such a process? Federal level? A federal court could order vital records to be outright falsified (and not just on adoption grounds)?

Gotta agree w Trump on this one. Obama was attractive, as a wholly untried, untested ‘author’, to a high-powered literary agency only in part because he was president of the Harvard Law Review. The FACT that he was from Kenya is what sealed the deal/was the icing on the cake.
Added to which, Obama as much as told us flat out he wasn't born in HI when he said HI is in Asia. Sorry, Obots, that's just not the kind of mistake a native-born Hawaiian would make. It is, however, exactly the kind of mistake a Kenyan would make—especially one that spent his HS days enjoying alcohol, “weed, and a little blow”.
Obama probably didn’t forge it himself. I’m thinking it looks likely that the HDOH did create the document as an “abstract” - maybe authorized by court order (still waiting for more information on how that would work). It is the HDOH which has access to Sunahara’s BC (from which the BC was probably forged). I think it’s Doug Vogt who has claimed that somebody in Onaka’s office forged the BC - and that they put the smiley face and TXE as red flags in protest at having to do the forgery. I need to think that through, but my initial thought right now is that maybe that makes sense.
Particularly because it seems like Onaka must be unwilling to certify the truth of the facts claimed on the abstract/forgery. I was so afraid they were just going to verify Obama’s birth facts even though what they’ve got is based on affidavits and amendments. But it’s clear from the way that Bennett had to alter his request (in order to get any response from HI) that Onaka was unwilling to certify the facts of birth. He knows what they have would not survive forensic scrutiny.
If the abstract/forgery was created because of a court order, Onaka would have legal cover to verify the facts of birth, unless the court order failed to negate the rules which require alterations and late filings to be noted on the face of the certificate.
The more I think about this, I’m thinking Onaka might actually be the good guy here - or at least afraid of getting caught being the bad guy.

Is Onaka lying when he says the information on record claims birth in Kapiolani hospital?
Certainly, there is good reason for questioning whether Barky was born in Hawaii:
1. At the time Obama Sr. signed an immigration status form on August 31, 1961 in Honolulu, he apparently had not even gotten word that he had a son born earlier that month. He did not list little Barky among his children on that form.
2. Stanley Ann was seen in Seattle by her friends with an infant in August 1961. Did she really fly from Honolulu to Seattle with a new-born? Or did she (1) unexpectantly have the baby in Kenya and returned by way of Vancouver/Seattle or (2) have the baby in a home for troubled mothers across the border in Canada?
3. Obama has fought for years from having to introduce an official birth certificate into evidence in dozens of court cases across the country.
4. The birth certificate posted by the White House appears to be electronically fabricated.
5. Obama apparently told his book publicist he was born in Kenya per their marketing brochure.
All that suggests that perhaps Barky was born somewhere else and granny Toot (or Stanley Ann) submitted an affidavit of home birth or some such document to make sure he would be an American citizen and they would not have to deal with the legal complications of having him in the country as a non-citizen.
But if that is the case, then why would granny Toot claim he was born in Kapiolani hospital rather than, say, at home? If they claimed he was born in a local hospital rather than at home then she can't just submit an affidavit of home birth and she would need to involve people from the hospital in the false claim.
Did Onaka stick his neck out by confirming that Obama's papers state a Kapiolani hospital birth?
...and I should add that when Donald Trump was looking into this, he claimed to have learned that there were no records in Kapiolani hospital relating to Barky’s birth.
Mike Zullo just confirmed to me that he never received my e-mail about this. He received and responded to other e-mails by me but not that one. And I have not received emails that 2 other people sent me. None of my “Read receipt” requests appear to be going out.
Somebody is monitoring my emails and only letting certain ones get to Zullo.
When I asked my computer-professor friend about this when it happened in the past (when I was communicating with the Lakin defense people), he said that a simple virus on my computer would not be able to do that. He said that would be ISP or Homeland Security type stuff.

The trouble is that only selected messages are interfered with. Zullo got several emails from me and responded to them. It was just that particular email talking about how HI’s “verification” actually strongly supports Obama’s BC being legally invalid that he didn’t get.
And similarly, I received some emails from a couple people but just not specific ones that I only found out about because they sent follow-up emails expecting that I had gotten their first emails.
So a generic test doesn’t diagnose this problem; they let generic emails get through. It’s just specific ones they block. The critical ones.

Another thing that’s making it difficult for me is that whenever I go onto my blog - except to moderate comments - my computer gets 100% CPU usage. I can do other stuff but not internet. So I’m jumping between my computer and my kids’, with the stuff I want to send being on my computer and my ability to send it on the kids’ computers...
All the Obama people are interested in doing is keeping honest people from being productive. Pathetic that they’ve got all the tools and power in their control and they still have to keep some peon like me from being able to send emails.

Jerome Corsi sounds very very exited that they “have proof” that Obama is not who he says he is, and he can’t come out with it until the Posse brief Arpaio when they get back from Hawaii. I’m trying to resolve in my mind, perhaps like many others, the real/true posture of Bennett in this matter. Was he a shill all the the time to make his efforts appear sincere? I have to believe there is something more sinister and diabolical going on with Obama’s history. Whatever it is , it is difficult to distinguish/separate the Chicago-Hawaiian thuggery individuals from the traitorous international groups/individuals such as Soros, U.N.’s Walker now in China, as well as international financial entities. That our own elected people such as McCain, Boehner, McConnell,Palin are oblivious or opposed to the honest, thoughtful doubts of many patriotic citizens is bewildering and disrespecting and indicates a force not apparent. I do believe that the efforts and digging by you and others such as Sheriff Arpaio and Dr. Taitz will someday break open this unbelievable conspiracy to change the USA from the Founders intentions.

Our leaders who have turned against us and against the rule of law is the major thing that leads me to believe there is more than meets the eye. I really do believe that Soros is leading a communist-Islamist alliance which has enough money under their control to hold the world’s economy hostage. I believe the Sept 2008 run on the bank was the plan to destroy the US economy that Soros mentioned to both Hillary and Obama during the 2008 primary, and they’ve been holding everybody hostage with the threat of doing it again unless everybody does what they’re told.
I just listened to an interview of Jerry Corsi and it was mentioned again that GW Bush was aware that Kenyan officials acknowledged that Obama’s Kenya birth records had been destroyed. The Hillary supporters have said that Bill said from his own mouth that he knew Obama was ineligible but that he was threatened out of the planned exposure of that. Biden was in charge of oversight of the State Dept so he was aware of the sanitization of Obama’s passport file.
So all the key players were aware of this. I could believe Clintons and Biden would throw the US under the bus for political gain, but I believe better of GW Bush than that. And Dick Cheney, and Chief Justice John Roberts, etc.
Since the run on the bank Soros can pretty much get whatever he wants, in spite of strong electoral rebukes for those who fell on their swords for Soros/Obama’s agenda. This ISN’T “politics as usual”. There are some checks and balances in “politics as usual”, and those have gone out the door. So I believe there’s more going on.

It appears we agree that something very sinister as to changing the USA is going on and could be stretched beyond Chicago-Hawaii. However I do not have the strong feeling/faith that you expressed for some people. I believe Cheney must have had some inkling of the basis for doubting Obama’s eligibility for POTUSA but he entirely neglected, intentionally or not, to ask at the electoral college certification as he had authority if anyone had reason to challenge the results. It is possible that this was done to protect all electors from an embarrassing if not collusive position. I also am very skeptical of Roberts double take of the swearing in oath. This could have been a very simple public redo in front of all the people in attendance. Instead it was done in chambers without a bible. I also put meaning to Bush I’s statement that he could see a ‘new world order’. At this time I can only pray to the Creator of this Nation that there are enough people of true and dedicated patriotism to break the web of deceit.

Hawaii State Registrar doesn’t even sign this verification letter. Notice after the Registrar’s name the initials gk. This way the State Registrar can claim ignorance! I never signed that piece of paper!

MacGyver was a good guy, even if he was fictitious. But there are some real good guys who are still out there doing what they can to keep America free. Average citizens notice, even when it seems at times we don’t. I really appreciate those good guys. I have faith in them, too. In the end, they always know just what to tie the string to, and where the paper clip needs to go, to get the job done. May God continue to bless America AND those guys.
