The point I’m making is that Israel does not mistreat them when they are there (the accusations are false), even if the Israeli government decides they all can’t stay there permanently.
It doesn't matter if they 'risk life and limb' ... that's not a valid criteria for squatting on someone else's land...
Most third world citizens would happily risk all to get out of the hellholes their ideas have created. If folks in Africa want to live in better circumstances, they they need to improve their own countries - not walk to a place where others have sacrificed and worked to make something beautiful...
Of course it's safer in Israel - adults run the country in a democratic fashion. That's safer than petty dictators running countries based on whim, pity, and foreign guilt donations. Cultures tend to get the governments they deserve... if African's want better countries, they need to create better countries.
