The very WORST thing they could do to him is to send him to Mexico prison for his crime. HERE he would have "3 hots and a cot," T.V. and all the amenities American prisons give inmates. Sheriff Joe is the shining example of how prisons should be run.

While thats true up here I don't know if this is true in Mexico - they seem to have a different view of this kind of perversion down there. In some Mexican principalities the age of consent is 13.
