Instead of just turning up the TV volume, they could also do alternate commentary for the hearing impaired.
What a fun idea!
Congressional Black Caucus
I totally believe her.
Now here’s my kinda hockey mom ...

Hey, CBC: Who. Freaking. Cares? </spit>
This sounds like it might be amusing for about 5 minutes.
The non-hockey interested women can go onto Pinterest and and have a pin fest...that’s what seemed to happen during the Super Bowl.
Or, I guess they can watch that crap hockey for women who don’t like hockey...but I’m fairly certain that the hubbys aren’t going to watch that...so...they must have a TV to themselves...right? So, why not just watch whatever it is that typical women watch on TV?
As for me, I’ll be right there with my guys (hubby and son)...my figure skater daughter might even pop in occasionally to be a skate snob (and snag munchies). Heck...they might even be planning something at the rink we skate at...then we can have “real game food” (chili dogs, slushies, pop corn). And they might have a skate session going for “the Princess”. :P
There is nothing short of turning it into an MMA event that can make hockey interesting...soccer on skates.
Hockey is Canada’s national passion. Their women are into it just as much as the men are. I can’t imagine who will be watching this.
As a female hockey fan, I have to say nuts to this.
There is nothing better than being in Canada, watching Hockey Night, and commenting on what a dumbass Glenn Healy is.
