Neither have I. Although back in the day (around the time Obama was born) if a baby was born at home they would actually go to a hospital in Hawaii and have the documents done. This was so common and well known that pregnant foreigners would go to Hawaii to have their anchor babies at some home or even in a hotel then go get the papers done at the nearest hospital.
Hawaii imigration is so full of holes that Castro could claim to be a citizen and we'd never figure it out.
