I am of the opinion that the Sec of State should require all candidates to fill out a form that requires full legal name and SSN, an attached original long form birth certificate (same kind as required to get a passport) and swear that all information above is true and in accordance with state and federal law.
Failure to provide the same will make the candidate inneligible to be placed on the ballot in November.
