Stupid choices in what a person wears when they leave the house does not make anyone "fair game".
Now, having said that, I will also observe that stupid people tend to experience more unfortunate events than smart people. Just sayin'.

Agreed.
Any woman should be able to walk down any street in America completely naked in perfect safety.
That being said, it’s a bad idea to dangle raw meat in front of predators...

Stupid choices in what a person wears when they leave the house does not make anyone “fair game”.
In a “perfect world,” every person would be safe from all forms of crime including robbery, rape and murder.
Unfortunately, we don’t live in a “perfect world.”
