Ocasio (perp) did not return calls for comment. But, a woman who answered the phone at the address he listed in court records said she was his sister, and that her brother was disappointed over being ejected from the panel. He was excited about getting chosen. He said that he thought the drinks had just been left there and they didnt belong to anyone, Migdalia Ocasio said. I told him that things dont just fall from the sky.
