While prices are dropped on the Rockies. Government income recipients go on vacations, fill 'er up repeatedly, consume restaurant food, junk food, trinkets, etc. See? Recirculated debt. Big debt/revenues into each recipient, little ones out. Looks like an economy in action, but it's not, really.
