What’s sad is that Robert Kennedy was living in Los Angeles with his actress girlfriend. He knew Mary had problems, but he left his family for fun in LA. Dealing with four children is a hard. Robert Kennedy should have lived closer to the family and helped with the children. Maybe if he had Mary would be alive today.

I read that the two youngest children were with him in LA. The two oldest were away at boarding school. He was fighting her for full custody of the children.
