The top USA military leaders get and keep their jobs only if they have higher commitment to the politicians (Obama) than to their people.
In the Military we are taught to put the welfare of our people first. But the higher the Commissioned Officer rises in the ranks, the more he/she must become a political stooge for the politicians, the President in particular.
As the Chinese saying, “The fish rots from the head down.”
Bad leadership and corruption flows down from the top.
