These animals aren’t near where they want to drill and it has been proven that animals can co exist with oil drilling.

1. The land where drilling will actually take place is miniscule relative the the whole state of Alaska. It's flat, windswept and desolate. 2 The oil companies will probably do lateral drilling, which require minimal impact on the land surface. 3. Worried about animal life? There's not much up there except some migrating caribou. I've seen pictures of caribou actually walking on the pipeline to get above the insect infested tundra. The flies lay they eggs under the caribou skin and make the animal very sick as the eggs hatch and the larvae chew their way out. Ain't nature wonderful?
