Hopefully it ended up with somebody taking a flame-thrower to Wisteria Lane and killing everybody.

Billy Graham? Is that the absolute fool and hypocrite who said Hitlery would make a good president? Huh? He’s disgusting. To think even for a moment that that perverted thief, possible murderer, liar, and anti-Semite would be praised by Billy Graham is disgusting.

No, it ended with the newly moved-in resident of Susan’s house, a Jeffrey Dahmer type female serial killer, hiding a box filled with the index fingers of all of her ex-neighbors in a cabinet and looking worried (no refrigeration yet?).

At least, that was MY take....hehe.

Looking for the debut of “GMB”...

Nope, can’t seem to find that anywhere.

My sister, who along with her husband, is very liberal, loved it. I said I wouldn’t watch a show that disparaged Christians. She said I was a prude. Love her but we really are pretty much opposites.

Let me guess, if "Christian" were replaced by "Black, Hispanic, Muslim, Gay, Feminist, or Democrat" she'd go into high warble.

Yep, you should ask her when we can expect the

“Good Muslim B*ches” show to start.

I agree, I grew up with these shows and still watch them. Bonanza is a good show, and I like Rockford files, probably because I am a nostalgia freak.

To all those that say the show mocked God or Christians, it didn't. It mocked hypocrites! The characters went to church and claimed to be Christians but did not exhibit any Christian values. I've known people like this and I'm sure you have too. It never said Christian values were wrong or God doesn't exist. It didn't even insinuate that all Christians were like this.

It just wasn't a very good show and headed off into crazy land after a few episodes.

I’m not a fan of Billy Graham, but truth is truth, no matter who says it. Caiaphas for example. We are at a place in our nation where we are by comparison making Sodom and Gomorrah look like rank amateurs in the art of evil. I really don’t think God is somehow going to miss that. He’s very good at details.

As for Billy G., I think he did slip left a bit over time. But his comments about Hillary come to him in his advanced years. Perhaps, just as a theoretical possibility, maybe he really didn’t fully grasp who Hillary was, ideologically speaking. He has been such an optimist he is probably inclined to overlook flaws in others, even when it goes against his better judgment, and especially at a stage of life where he must rely ever more heavily on input from those around him. I know he doesn’t get a pass for it, because of who he is. But I do know elderly people in my own life who, under those conditions, could easily have misjudged a person through wishful thinking, with no malice whatsoever at the root of it.

I think Billy never wanted to be considered as partisan, so he chose his battles in a manner that he would be considered more balanced.

NBC tried something similar some years back about a liberal Episcopal bishop. It lasted 3 episodes.

Yeah, I used to think you could count on them to put making money ahead of ideology but no longer. Now I think they make stupid business decisions because of ideology all the time.

Who knew Isaiah 9:10 would play out exactly as it did once before, only this time we are the ones who are being warned?

We definitely do NOT want to follow it through to the end, but that's where we're headed. Time to wake up!!!
