Judging from the guest lineup, Obama and the media will have succeeded in changing the subject from the economic disintegration of America to whether we should sanctify buggery.

One week we debate whether we should subsidize condoms and the next we obsess over homosexual union. Next week I understand the subject for discussion will be the carbohydrate content in Girl Scout cookies.

Yeah, because the pending collapse of the European Union due to the ascendary of anti-austerity leadership in Europe, the loss of unemployment benefits for hundreds of thousands of Americans, the fact the Rasmussen has Romney at 50% amongst likely voters; none of these are important enough when you have a biased Obama loving driveby media that sees their savior in political jeopardy.

Right.

It shows up a continuous problem the Republicans have had for decades -- getting their message out.

Too many in the GOP try to make friends with the MSM. They eventually find the MSM stabbing them in their backs. But they continue to try.

McCain couldn't find a way to get 'his message' out in 2008, as The One was lauded and treated like he was about to ascend to Olympus.

Many commentators have stated -- for 2012, Obama can't run on his record because he has little to run on, so he has to change the message -- away from the bad economy.

If Team Romney and the GOP can capitalize on that, they might have a winning issue. In 1992, Clinton ran very effectively on "It's the economy, Stupid!" Obama can't run on that because he has had 3.5 years and done little to improve the economy.

Team Romney need to be ready for The Race Card. Obama used it effectively against both Hillary Clinton and John McCain. Team Obama will definitely use it [more Travon type headliners could be in our future].

Team Romney need to realize that the MSM are not their friends and Team Romney need to approach the MSM as such.

Maybe, Romney will have better advisement than McCain had. Otherwise, Obama will continue to play the victim of every ill being someone else's fault all the way to a 2nd term.

You were prescient. I tried to watch FOX and was astonished how Hume, et al essentially accepted the premise that gay marriage and Romney high school hazing were the top news stories of this week.
