If you read the entire quote or saw the video you would know that Romney said he didn't recall the WaPo incident. What he DID apologize for was other pranks he knows he did.

You don’t have to wallow in every last Romney story in the MSM. I would hope you could tell the difference between actual historical and present issues with Romney’s liberalism and stupid, DNC-driven partisan attacks (and especially in the context of their failure to give Obama’s past any scrutiny), and avoid the latter like any sane conservative should.
