Dr. Paul Houser (Klamath whistle blower) recently gave a presentation to the local Board of Supervisors. The DOI’s solicitor’s office purposefully inflated the expert scientist’s findings on the benfits of dam removal and understated and eliminated negative findings. Hypothesis/questions posed to scientific and valuation experts were also puposefully manipulated to give specific results favorable in appearance to dame removal.
Houser, the scientific integrity officer on the proposal, reported his concerns about the manipulation to his superior - a former lobbyist for Trout Unlmtd. and was told not to create any wriiten documents that could be discovered by a FOIA or Congressional request. He refused, he got fired. ‘
The DOI is corrupt and anything that comes out of their is not to be trusted.
Sad that Houser was fired because he's a man of integrity. It's pathetic that a former lobbyist for Trout Unlmtd. (enviro-nazi) could even be his superior.
