However, instead of coming right out and saying it, he has to ‘evolve’ for some time, then right before opening the can of worms, two administration lackeys conveniently ‘surprisingly’ publicly come out in support. Had that not gone well, no chance the president makes his announcement this soon. Hand forced by the VP - horsemanure, it was a planned roll out.
Same thing coming with this meeting conveniently in Chicago where a certain person is conveniently mayor- it will be a ‘systems test’ for a broader implementation of controls designed to suprees the populace - my opinion. Putin wants no part- he has his own problems that will get worse as the US devolves...
