Are you suggesting that the Bachmann prep for living in Switzerland and Romney having bank accounts in Switzerland is not a coincidence?
If you want to get your payoff in Switzerland without them reporting it to IRS you have to be a Swiss citizen. If you are merely a US citizen they'll report it.
