The defense attorney who wore a traditional Islamic outfit during the rowdy arraignment of the accused Sept. 11 terrorists is defending her courtroom appeal that other women in the room wear more "appropriate" clothing to the proceedings -- out of respect for her client's Muslim beliefs.

Cheryl Bormann, counsel for defendant Walid bin Attash, attended the arraignment Saturday dressed in a hijab, apparently because her client insisted on it. She further requested that the court order other women to follow that example so that the defendants do not have to avert their eyes "for fear of committing a sin under their faith."

used to was be-a righteous judge would listen politely then
just as politely tell the freak -that this is America and we do not tell others how to dress like the enemy to make the enemy more comfortable —especially when the enemy is charged with having helped prosecute the worst act of war against America and Americans and the very fact that such Evil remains alive and is give a fair trial like they could never hope to find anywhere else ought be good enough. If they continue to manifest their contempt for American justice we could do this without their evil presence.

Winning The Future? ;o)

That court is out of control. Thankfully, this trial won’t be in our court system. But, as long as the judge allows them the time, they will mock us and continue their jihad.

Thirteen hours for what should have been a two hour hearing...MAX?

Hopefully, this will end up being a regular military tribunal, and not the circus that it’s been.
