When was the last time there was a good Presidential candidate for GOP? Probably Reagan’s second term, in his first one he certainly didn’t have much conservative support.

Yet conservatives keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result.

I'm a reasonable person. I voted for Bush 1 even though I knew he wasn't the most conservative person out there, Same goes for Bush 2, Dole, and McCain.

I don't demand perfection.

However, there comes a time when a candidate is beyond the pale.

IMO, Romney is well beyond the pale.

Yes, conservatives keep voting for Rinos (with held noses or otherwise) and somehow convince themselves that this will stop the leftward drift of this country.
