There's a video at the source. I haven't looked at it yet nor read the PDF. The URL says it's a PDF that comes with an attachment.

How long has this fabled order been in process? I have NO faith in Congress and even less that they’ll actually sanction Holder. Even in the cosmically small chance they do man up (and do the right thing) 1) the media will brand it as political and/or refuse to report it or 2) Holder et al will simply ignore it. Until Congress mans up and sends some one down to the DOJ w/ cuffs its all just huffing and puffing, more political theater.

We can be sure that Boenher will prevent any citation from taking effect.

But what happens? Even of Boehner does not find a way to sideline this and prevent a vote and even if Holder is held in contempt by the full House, doesn't the citation go to the DOJ to enforce? Can the Capitol Police arrest Holder? I suspect that the Obama Regime will just blow off the House and then Boehner would have to find some other means of motivating compliance, like withholding an Appropriation. But would he??

I'm reading/delighting in the PDF now.

It appears this was all Kabuki. We grew so frustrated at FR with Issa’s inaction. It appears the schedule is set for a major scandal to blow up in Baby-Doc’s face this summer.

We should revel in the coming pleasure of the old media's attempt to turn this away from the Kenyan usurper.

Enjoy my FRiends, ENJOY!

Holder will have it framed and hang it on his office wall with all his other awards and citations.

Issa's been way to polite in this process, saying that nobody WANTS to file contempt charges, but that they just want cooperation. I suppose most of this kid-glove posturing is politically necessary, but what is required is a severe excoriation for crimes committed.

Again, I won't hold my breath for much coming of this. I'll be surprised if it goes full cycle.

Maybe I have gotten too cynical, but I will believe something is being done when I see real conflict not more “lets all get along”.

I bet Diogenes could take his lantern to Washington DC and spend a lifetime looking and never finding.

Sidebar: These are the evil murdering bastards who Obama and Holder were sending thousands of semi-auto rifles. Just imagine.

Up on Drudge now.

WASHINGTON - A wave of violence in Mexico has led to a string of gruesome discoveries.

The bodies of nine people were found hanging from a bridge in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, just 6 miles from the U.S. border. Five were men and four women.

Pictures showed the nine bound, gagged and hanged.

A message left with the bodies identified them as members of the Gulf cartel. A rivaling cartel, Los Zetas, is believed to be responsible for the deaths.

All of the victims showed signs of torture. Their hands were tied and their eyes covered, sources tell WTOP.

Mexican authorities say they also discovered 14 headless bodies stuffed into black bags and left inside a van. Fourteen heads were later found outside the mayor’s office, preserved in ice boxes.

Mexican military and police authorities are investigating the 23 deaths. U.S. Homeland Security officials are watching the situation carefully because of its proximity to the U.S. and the encroaching violence growing out of the cartel drug wars.

The bodies of three Mexican journalists were discovered Thursday afternoon in the state of Veracruz. They had been dismembered and stuffed into black plastic bags dumped into a waste canal.

At least seven current and former reporters and photographers have been slain in Veracruz over the last 18 months.

More than 50,000 people have died in drug-related violence in Mexico since President Felipe Calderon launched a war on cartels, according to the Los Angeles Times. Former Mexican President Vicente Fox recently told the newspaper that the global war on drugs “useless” and an “absolute failure.”

Holder (if not Obama himself) is definitely at the root of F&F. How else do you explain his refusal to fire ANYONE after 17 months of “internal investigation?” 200+ Mexicans are dead in addition to Terry and Zapata. I don’t know why these Congressmen on the committee don’t tell him to do some SERIOUS axx-kicking.

The US Congress House needs to make the charges against Holder to stop the idiot and liar and unjust justice fool from continuing his mocking and spitting in the face of justice and judgemnent lest he continue to destroy justice and judgement in America. The House can bring charges even if the abomination of the Senate and White house protect evil Holder from his course of evil.
Personally, I believe that conservative states need to band together and refuse the evil of the left by stopping all monies to the DC thieves and liars and refusing to do the evil anti Constitutional mandates of the evil man Obama and all the evil democrats of the evil DC legislatures.

Good...it’s past time.

Holder himself is a criminal, who sense g=he has been in office has abetted the new Black Panthers in crime, voter initimidation, conspiracy to murder, kidnapp, and assault, Placing bounties on American’s head.

It is past time he was impeached and imprisoned...but hold that last until Obama is out of office so he can’t pardon him.
